2.1 Access to The Site is free of charge. No payment is required to access the site. Certain parts of our Site may require a payment for downloadable content. Certain parts of Our Site may require an Account to access it. Accounts are free of charge.

3.7 If the Account's email is not confirmed within 7 days, the Account will be deleted. A new Account can be created using the same email address.

3.8 The use of a temporary email address is not allowed. If a temporary email address is used, the Account will be suspended.


4. Content:
4.1 Downloadable content may be available on Our Site. We are not liable if damage (data corruption) is done to the device. It is the Users responsibility to check if the file is safe to execute on the Users device.

4.2 Content may be available for purchase on Our Site. If a refund is requested, the PayPal-Fees will be subtracted from the refunded amount. Content is sold as is with no guarantee.

4.3 Users reserve the right to their User created content. If not otherwise specified, you must not redistribute the Users content in any way.


5. Usage:
5.1 User Created Content
 5.1.1 You must not directly or indirectly insult a specific person.
 5.1.2 You must not submit content that is sexually explicit.
 5.1.3 You must ensure that you comply fully with any and all applicable local, national and international laws and/or regulations.
 5.1.4 You must not use Our Site in any way, or for any purpose, that is intended to harm any person or persons in any way.

6.1 Our Site may include links to other sites which we don't have control over. It is the Users responsibility to confirm that the links are safe for User to click on.


7. Advertisement:
7.1 We may feature advertising on Our Site and We reserve the right to display advertising on the same page as any User Content.

7.2 You agree that you will not attempt to remove or hide any advertising using HTML/CSS or by any other method.

7.3 We are not responsible for the content of any advertising on Our Site. Each advertiser is responsible for the content of their own advertising material. We will not be responsible for any advertising on Our Site including, but not limited to, any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

8.1 If you have an Account, We may from time to time send you important notices by email. Such notices may relate to matters including, but not limited to, service changes, changes to these Terms and Conditions, and changes to your Account.

8.2 If a purchase has been made by you on Our Site, you will receive a confirmation email.

8.3 You will never receive any kind of marketing emails from us without your consent.


9. Purchases
9.1 Our Site can contain Content for which a payment is required to access it.

9.2 To complete a purchase an Account is required.

9.3 Payment is handled through PayPal

9.4 If a refund is requested, the fees from PayPal (3.4% + 0.35€) will be subtracted from the total amount.

9.5 Purchases are linked to the Users Account. There are no means of transferring purchases from one Account to another.

9.6 Additional terms for the usage of paid content may be stated on the Items site.

9.7 If a payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email.

11. Changes:
11.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 5 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
