Among Us Mods | Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using our mods for the game Among Us.
Your access to and use of these Modifications is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and others who use these Modifications.
By using these Modifications you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not use these Modifications.

These Terms are not the Terms and Conditions of the Site Cheep-YT.com. The following describes the Terms and Conditions of our provided Modifications for the game Among Us. The Sites Terms can be found here.


1. Definitions and Interpretation:
1.1 In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:

2.1 We are in no way affiliated with Innersloth or any of their games. We are merely creating interesting Mods for a new experience.


3. Downloadable Content:
3.1 To have the ability to play our provided Modifications, files have to be downloaded and installed.

3.2 We are not liable if damage (data corruption) is done to the device. It is the Users responsibility to check if the file is safe to execute on the Users device.


4. Redistribution:
4.1 Users must not redistribute provided Modifications through different file-hosting-services.
 4.1.1 Instead a link to the page of the specific Modification is to be used.
 4.1.2 Users must not use a direct download link to redistribute provided mods.
 4.1.3 Users must not redirect to Our Modifications via a link-shortener that places advertisements while being redirected.

4.2 If a User has received a Modification from Us, that is not publicly available to download on Our Site then it must not be relayed to third parties.


5. Reverse Engineering:
5.1 Users must not attempt to reverse engineer any of Our provided Modifications.

5.2 A GitHub repository that contains the source code of many of Our provided Modifications can be found here.
 5.2.1 This repository may not contain an up-to-date version of Our provided Modifications.


6. Server:
6.1 Some of Our Modifications may require a third-party server to be able to play. We have provided one that runs on the open-source framework Impostor.
6.2 Our Servers will save and log User Data such as Username, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, Game Version or Game Duration.


7. Access:
7.1 Access to Our Modifications and Servers are provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis. We may alter, suspend or discontinue Our Modifications and Servers (or any part of it) at any time and without notice. We will not be liable to you in any way if Our Modifications and Servers (or any part of it) is unavailable at any time and for any period.


8. Changes:
8.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.


9. Creators:
9.1 The following points apply, if a User would like to create content (YouTube videos, streaming on Twitch, etc.) featuring Our Mods.
9.2 Users are allowed to create content featuring Our Modifications, if the following conditions are fulfilled:
 9.2.1 The watermark on the top right, below the ping text, is visible and not deliberately obscured for the most part of the video/stream
